We strive for transparency and honesty in all of our customer relationships, and we seek to provide that through our FAQ section. We know how often questions can come up in this industry, and we’re ready to answer all of them. If there’s something we missed please reach out and one of our team members will be happy to help.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, chargebacks or disputes if you are denied on your background check for an in store purchase, transfer, third party transfer, NFA transfer and or a transfer to another FFL dealer.


Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There is no flexibility in this policy. 

ATF COMPLIANCE

All firearm sales must be transferred to a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer.  The item you may wish to purchase may not be legal in your State or district.  We will not transfer a non compliant firearm whatsoever.  It is your responsibility to know your Local and State Laws on firearms, ammunition and accessories.  If you are not sure then do not buy.  Certain States have restrictions on specific types of firearms, magazines, ammunition, parts, features, overall length, melting point

and further compliance regulations.  

These States and districts include but are not limited to, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY.

FID and FOID cards are required for all ammunition and firearms transactions.  These states include but are not limited to, CA, CO, CT, DE, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY.

Ammunition orders from CA and any of the five Burroughs of NY are required to transfer to a FFL dealer.

No firearm, ammunition, accessories  or magazine sales to the State of Oregon due to Oregon ballot initiative #114 effective 12/08/2022.

The firearm will not ship until we receive a copy of your dealers Federal Firearms License and order number. 

All firearm sales must be transferred to a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer.  The firearm will not ship to your address.

Firearm orders that have not received an FFL from your dealer that are pending for 21 days or more will be cancelled and subject to a 25% restocking fee. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive a copy of your dealers FFL license.  There is no flexibility in this policy.

In-store orders / online firearm pickup orders that have not been transferred or picked up for 120 days will be cancelled and not refunded.  There is no flexibility in this policy.

TRAINING REFUND POLICY

All deposits and tuition for training are non refundable.  Classes that are canceled due to inclement weather, instructor illness, local government mandate and or acts of God, the deposits and tuition amounts will be held and classes will be rescheduled.  Students are not entitled to a refund if they are unable to attend training for any reason whatsoever.  Students who display any unsafe behavior, negligence, failure to follow the commands of an instructor, the posted rules or disrespect of another student or staff member will be asked to leave. The student(s) will not receive a refund and will be banned from all future training events from Saddle Ridge Armory.

LEGAL 

SADDLE RIDGE ARMORY is not a warranty repair station, and therefore Saddle Ridge Armory, MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO ANY MERCHANDISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILLITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The only warranties provided are provided by the manufacturer and are as contained in each manufacturer's package.

LEGAL: Saddle Ridge Armory is not liable for any item sold including but not limited to new or used firearms, ammunition, parts, clothing, accessories, consumables etc.

Used Firearms:  The used firearms are sold “as is” and may or may not have 100% of the original manufacturers parts. Furthermore, the used firearms may not even be safe to operate.  All used firearms must be inspected by a competent and certified gunsmith prior to use. 

The end user(s) is responsible for the safety of themselves and others at all times whether performing safe, negligent or any illegal activity with said merchandise.

Saddle Ridge Armory will not be held liable in any way whatsoever.

All information including but not limited to data, technical data, photographs, videos, audio recordings, communications, course material are the Copyrighted property of Saddle Ridge Armory.  No retransmissions, broadcasts, posts, screenshots of any data on or from this website may be shared or reproduced without explicit written consent from Saddle Ridge Armory.  Any party found in violation will be subject to prosecution. All Rights Reserved.  

All phone calls and other means of communication are subject to recording for quality assurance.

All information on SaddleRidgeArmory.com may further be restricted under the DOJ & ITAR as technical data and may not be exported to a Foreign Person, either in the U.S. or abroad, without a license from the U.S. Department of State.

NFA FORFEIT

  • National Firearm Act Items that have been in the possession of Saddle Ridge Armory for a period of three years from the creation date of an ATF Form 4 or Form 5, and have not yet been transferred shall be acquired by Saddle Ridge Armory as company property. The NFA items will be sold and or disposed of, unless the NFA approval time supersedes three years.  No refunds, store credit or exchanges shall be permitted.

TAXES AND FEE'S

Virginia Sales & Use Tax: 5.3%
All sales by card are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

LE/MILITARY DISCOUNT

US Military, US Law Enforcement, US First Responders and US Security Personnel with active credentials, will receive a special discount on products marked "Blue Label or Military discount." This applies to "in store purchase only."  Discount does not apply for online orders, store pickup, transfers or training unless stated otherwise.  Credentials must be verified in person with every transaction.​

SHIPPING

All firearms must be delivered to a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer.  

No shipping or sales are permitted to anywhere outside of the United States.

Packages are sent without insurance.  If you would like insurance, please contact us prior to checkout or prior to shipment.  Otherwise, all claims of damaged, missing or stolen merchandise would only receive a partial claim reimbursement if any from the shipping company.

ORDERS AND INVOICES

  • Please note that because we strive to ship every order we receive as quickly as possible, we are unable to consolidate orders. If you place multiple orders with us during the same business day and wish to avoid extra shipping costs please consolidate your order before submitting.  However, Firearms and ammunition will ship separately and your order may incur a separate shipping charge.

  • A product that is in stock when ordered may be out of stock when your order is processed.  If this happens your order will be canceled, refunded and you will be notified by email. ​ 

MACHINEGUN RENTAL PACKAGES

All Machinegun rental packages must be reserved 90 days in advance.  All rental package prices include the rentals, ammunition and Range Safety Officers. Travel fees may apply at contract. Quantity of ammunition is dependent upon the package chosen. Additional ammo may be purchased on site. Some ammunition types and firearms may not be available at the time of rental therefore another similar item may be substituted.

All rental packages are required to have a 50% non refundable deposit by cash, check or certified funds.  The principal client must sign a rental agreement contract prior to the event taking place.  

All party members must be United States Citizens. All party members are required to submit their State issued ID along with either a United Sates Passport, CFP/CCP, Birth Certificate and or other Government issued documents for verification by or at contract signing.  

Prior to the event, all party members who attend are required to undergo a firearms safety course from Saddle Ridge Armory, or show proof that they have completed one within 12 months from a recognized agency, academy or division.

Export Policy and Export Restrictions Information.

The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect some aspects of our business. We request that you (the "Customer") read and familiarize yourself with the following regarding certain applicable export regulations.The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. Saddle Ridge Armory will not engage in any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any ITAR restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require Saddle Ridge Armory to export such items, unless Saddle Ridge Armory is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from Saddle Ridge Armory without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iii) the Customer does not intend to export, transfer, sell, or furnish the item to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the U.S., including any Foreign Embassy in the U.S., without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iv) the Customer understands that a foreign person under the ITAR § 120.16 means "any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)," and can mean "any foreign corporation, business association, trust, society, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments, and any agency or subdivisions of government (e.g. diplomatic missions)" (See ITAR § 120.16); (v) the Customer is a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR § 120.15, meaning the Customer is a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20), or is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or is a "corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other entity, organization or group that is incorporated to do business in the U.S., or is a governmental (federal, state, or local) entity" (See ITAR § 120.15).

Export Administration Regulations (EAR): Some of the item(s) on this website are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and export may be restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require Saddle Ridge Armory to export such items, unless Saddle Ridge Armory. is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from Saddle Ridge Armory without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization.
